Flexibly adapting to high-end expression, Passive exhibits are exciting to watch first

2025.10.08

As a door and window brand that has been deeply rooted in the industry for many years, Passive relies on a product matrix covering all categories to continuously output comprehensive door and window solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and personalization.

The 19th China (Linqu) Home Doors and Windows Expo will be held at the Linqu International Convention and Exhibition Center from October 12th to 15th, 2025. The A1 Hall 09 and 10 Passive booths deeply combine diverse exhibits with innovative concepts, fully showcasing the flexible adaptation of Passive doors and windows.

High performance curtain wall: Breaking through visual boundaries to unlock more possibilities

In villas and flat living rooms, curtain walls gradually enter the public eye and become an important medium for dialogue between space and the outside world.

The SF50 curtain wall opening size in the exhibition hall reaches 6 meters by 6 meters, using oversized glass panels and 6060-T66 profiles to reduce visual obstruction to a greater extent, creating an unparalleled open view.

What is more noteworthy is that Passive breaks through the closed and fixed limitations of traditional curtain walls, fully demonstrating the modular concept and strong adaptability. It flexibly designs three fixed glass panels and two W75H ventilation fans of the same height to meet daily ventilation needs.

In addition, the Passive curtain wall system supports the addition of manual and electric parallel extrapolation windows and other products, which do not obstruct the original viewing field, and parallel extrapolation has no abrupt feeling, maintaining a simple and coordinated overall appearance.

Sliding door selection: Adapt to diverse scenes to enhance spatial texture

Balconies or courtyards are important links connecting nature in home spaces, which also leads to the design and application of large opening sizes for outdoor windows.

Passive LD160 enhances sliding doors with greater load-bearing capacity, larger size, and better experience, improving quality of life and space utilization. Based on the new system design, it can meet performance requirements while achieving 50mm narrow center column lifting and 85mm narrow fan frame, giving a strong visual impact.

The Passive PS150 airtight push-pull system adopts a special structural design, with dual insulation strip channels to achieve high airtightness and insulation effect. Multiple waterproof designs and stepped drainage structures, combined with a dual channel closed-loop sealing structure, emphasize the balance between sealing and drainage.

The panoramic push-pull system cleverly integrates aesthetics, functionality, large-sized opening, performance under extreme weather conditions, and energy-saving requirements, providing more suitable minimalist push-pull solutions for various types of buildings. Create a "frameless" visual effect with extremely narrow borders and oversized glass panels. Equipped with advanced motors, it can stop immediately in case of resistance, ensuring user safety.

Alien window combination: Breaking through conventional limitations and empowering personalized space

In modern home design, "irregular spaces" are becoming increasingly common, which also brings challenges to the selection of doors and windows.

At this exhibition, Passive demonstrated a combination solution of "fixed glass panels+inward opening windows+curved windows+ventilation fans", providing a new idea for the design of irregular spaces. The coordination between different window types achieved a synergistic effect of 1+1 greater than 2.

The opening length of the Passive curved combination window reaches 10.5 meters, with a large glass piece nearly 6 meters wide in the middle, which preserves the original structural beauty of the space to a greater extent. The inward opening and inward folding window serves as a functional supplement, which can be opened inward to meet the needs of large angle ventilation, or inward folding to achieve micro ventilation.

The curved window, with its smooth curve shape, breaks the square and rigid space, and the bending process further enhances the overall beauty and streamline feeling. Two hidden ventilation fans are designed on the wall side, achieving a perfect combination of functionality and aesthetics. The handle is opened in the opposite direction to avoid collision with the wall when turned on, improving the user experience.

Personalized matching: supports customization of details to match diverse needs

Truly high-quality door and window products should not only adapt to the space, but also meet the personalized needs of users.

At this exhibition, Passive showcased a variety of window types, including electric center louvers and diverse mesh options, making the door and window products more customized.

The electric center louver is built between the double-layer glass, so there is no need to worry about dust accumulation and rainwater erosion, and the service life is longer; Through electric control, the angle of the blinds can be easily adjusted to meet the dual needs of lighting regulation and privacy protection.

In terms of mesh selection, Passive offers multiple options such as 304 diamond mesh, detachable mesh, high-precision sliding mesh, etc., providing more independent choice space for life.

Windows are not isolated products, but rather a link between people and space, and between people and nature.

Passive combines functionality and aesthetics through flexible and diverse product solutions, bringing users a more convenient and comfortable living experience, and making every home space full of vitality and warmth. More exquisite exhibits await your on-site unlocking.
